Des Foo Fighters à Paul McCartney : la liste complète des chansons du spectacle hommage à Taylor Hawkins.

Samedi soir, au stade de Wembley en Angleterre, les Foo Fighters se sont produits pour la toute première fois depuis le décès du batteur Taylor Hawkins en mars dernier, pour un concert de six heures qui a attiré certains des plus grands musiciens de l’industrie contemporaine.

Recrutant certaines des plus grandes idoles de Hawkins pour le concert, les Foo Fighters ont fait appel à Liam Gallagher, Travis Barker, Brian May et Roger Taylor de Queen, ainsi que Brian Johnson d’AC/DC. Parmi ces actes, il y a également eu quelques retours inattendus, puisque le concert a vu Them Crooked Vultures et James Gang se réunir à nouveau, ainsi que des membres de la famille de Taylor Hawkins qui ont rejoint Dave Grohl et le reste du groupe sur scène.

« Une putain de nuit gigantesque pour une putain de personne gigantesque », a annoncé Grohl au début du concert, indiquant clairement dès le départ que le concert honorerait l’héritage de Taylor Hawkins à plus d’un titre. D’une durée totale de près de six heures, avec une setlist de 50 chansons, le show spectaculaire de Grohl a constitué un héritage remarquable et durable pour Hawkins et les Foo Fighters en général.
