Il y a quelques jours, nous vous annoncions, grâce à la précieuse collaboration de notre ami webmaster David en Israël, que le concert que Paul McCartney va donner à Tel-Aviv serait diffusé avec un léger décalage sur la 10eme chaîne Israélienne.
Suite à cette annonce, nous apprenions que parallèlement des techniciens venus installer le matériel de tournage s’étaient fait expulsé du lieu du concert, et refusé tout nouvel accès, laissant dès lors présager l’éventualité à ce que le concert ne soit pas retransmis à la télévision.
La nouvelle tant redoutée est tombée hier comme un couperet : les promoteurs du concert israélien de Tel-Aviv, ont refusé que le concert soit filmé. Dans un communiqué, la 10eme Chaîne de télévision israélienne annonce : « Notre intention était bonne, permettre à tout le monde de voir ce concert historique et unique, dommage que les promoteurs nous en ont empêché ».
Ce concert ne sera donc pas enregistré et diffusé en télévision, contrairement au concert que Paul a donné à Québec il y a quelques semaines déjà.
Cette non-diffusion, aussi motivée puisse-t-elle être, est sans nul doute aujourd’hui fort regrettable, car le concert de Paul McCartney du 25 Septembre prochain à Tel-Aviv, s’annonce indéniablement comme un événement historique.
