Released in 1977, the mysterious Thrillington was a fully reimagined, instrumental cover version of Paul & Linda McCartney’s 1971 album, RAM. Credited to the pseudonym Percy « Thrills » Thrillington (a fictious socialite whose activities were chronicled in UK newspaper ads), the album was shelved following the formation of Wings and finally appeared after a teaser campaign in the press, in 1977. Paul produced the album while Richard Hewson arranged and conducted. 2012 remaster. SHM-CD (Super High Material) format featuring more clarity, depth and definition of sound. Includes booklet with Japanese translations of the lyrics. Limited Edition.
