« Looking For You » est une chanson enregistrée lors des sessions de l’album « Flaming Pie » de 1997, et sortie en face B du single « Young Boy ».

Mark Lewisohn, dans Club Sandwich n°82, été 1997 :

Le lendemain du jour où Ringo Starr a rejoint Paul pour enregistrer « Beautiful Night », les deux hommes sont retournés au studio, où les instruments étaient toujours installés comme avant, et ont commencé une bonne vieille jam session, Paul pinçant sa basse Hofner Violin, Ringo battant la batterie et Jeff Lynne jouant de la guitare. En une demi-heure, trois morceaux distincts se sont développés, l’un étant » Looking For You » (publié en face B du premier single britannique » Young Boy » et du premier single américain » The World Tonight « ), l’autre » Really Love You « .

« Looking For You » a été inclus dans la réédition 2020 de « Flaming Pie » mais n’a pas été remastérisé.
