L’histoire de la chanson

Cette chanson regroupe deux chansons inachevées, lune de Paul et lautre de John. En effet, à lépoque Paul McCartney narrivait pas à finir décrire un blues intitulé « Ive Got A Feeling », tandis que John avait un début de ballade qui sappelait « Evrybody Had A Hard Year » (on peut entendre Lennon linterpréter a capella dans le film « Imagine » de 1988). En assemblant ces deux chansons, Lennon et McCartney signaient ce qui était apparemment leur toute dernière chanson écrite vraiment en commun. La version de lalbum est extraite du concert donné le 30 janvier 1969 sur le toit dApple.
