Concernant le saisissant arrangement de cordes d'Eleanor Rigby (l'original), on a souvent cité, à raison, Bernard Herrmann comme prime influence. Mais, à tort, on a pensé que l'inspiration venait de son score pour 'Fahrenheit 451', alors que, et ça s'entend, c'est bel et bien le générique de 'Psycho' qui en est la source :
