HBO et Netflix poursuivent leur guerre des nominations, mais HBO est arrivé en tête en 2022. Done+Dusted et Hudlin Entertainment produiront la 74e cérémonie des Emmy Awards, qui sera diffusée le 12 septembre sur NBC et Peacock à 17 heures PT. Drake et Selena Gomez sont tous deux nommés pour leur travail de producteurs exécutifs sur leurs séries respectives, Euphoria et Only Murders in the Building. Quant aux Beatles, ils sont nommés dans la catégorie « Documentaire ou série non fictionnelle exceptionnelle » pour leur travail de production dans The Beatles : Get Back. Le Pepsi Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show avec Dr. Dre., Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Eminem et Kendrick Lamar a également valu à Adam Blackstone une nomination aux Emmy pour son travail sur le spectacle.
