Quelle plaie ce George sérieux.
Je me souviens en train de découvrir sa disco à l'époque,même le dentiste me faisait moins mal.
Le pire des 4 en solo si ce n'est ATMP/CLOUD NINE et si je dois en rentrer un 3ème avec un chausse pieds 33/fruits et légumes.
Même Ringo a plus d'albums qui tournent chez moi,c'est dire.

HARRISON SOLO c du même niveau que MACCA LENNON
il a developpé son jeu de guitare slide très melodique au cours de sa carriere solo.
Tous les 3 ont manqué d exigence, et ont travaillé en dilettante...
Il n y a pas que ATMP et cloud nine.
Les 2 albums en dessous c DARK HORSE GONE TROPPO ...tout le reste tient la marée

En marge de ça, le George a mis en place son label, Dark Horse Records. Ravi Shankar et quelques autres (Keni Burke, Attitudes, Stairsteps...) ont été signés mais ce ne fut pas l'euphorie commerciale.
Le mordu d'Harrison devrait -s'il ne l'a déjà fait- se pencher sur le cas de Splinter, un duo, lui aussi dans l'écurie Dark Horse.
Il existe un superbe résumé de l'affaire, inofficiel hélas (The Godfatherecords, 2008). Harrison ne fait pas que produire, il y joue aussi de la guitare, beaucoup, s'investit dans les arrangements vocaux, et amène une poignées de potes : Klaus Voormann, Jim Keltner, Billy Preston, Alvin Lee (Ten Years After), etc.

Musiciens top, son funky.
Ca ne sonne pas du tout BEATLES
L album a tres bien vieilli a mon sens.

GH 33 1/3 est un des meilleurs albums Beatles solo.
acheté a sa sortie ! En pleine periode d entouthiasme adolescent ! Il est resté sur son piedestal
